Frantz Borno
Q Homes ups its score with Frantz Borno, a real estate professional and soccer hobbyist. Frantz shares a plethora of experience and interests being born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and raised in Nyack, where he played soccer for Nyack High School. With a B.S. in Business Administration from SUNY Fredonia, Frantz crowns his career with Q Homes as a dedicated real estate sales person; eager to assist clients achieve their goals with his unique skill set. Before acting on his talent in Sales, Frantz utilized his dependability, meticulousness, and customer service with Savings Bank of Rockland. Motivated to have a bigger impact on the County, Frantz became District Manager of the Rockland Journal News. This enabled him to reach tens of families in the County while simultaneously entering a world of sales, market analysis, and negotiations. His experience as District Manager unleashed his passion for sales – which he entered in full force with Minolta, a technology manufacturing company; and Ricoh, an electronics Fortune 500 company. His largest sale during this time was assisting a pharmaceutical company in upgrading its technology equipment to have cutting-edge, digital equipment, necessary for a growing company affecting thousands of lives. However, Frantz considers his most rewarding sale to be one that helps many individuals in the small details of their life. He assisted a church in the Bronx upgrade from an antiquated black and white printer to a digital color printer. This was to be used by the church and the community in its various community events and charities. Frantz continuously contributes to matters important to his community and finds his work as a real estate agent to be the largest contribution available. Bilingual in English and Haitian Creole, Frantz has an uncanny ability to identify his clients’ needs. His commitment to provide honest transactions and full support to his clients is an important and unwavering banner he holds. Active in real estate since 1987, Frantz brings relatable experience to clients seeking their first home, forever home or an investment property.
Frantz lives in West Nyack with his wife and son and dedicates his free time to gardening, walking around Rockland Lake, traveling, and of course, soccer. Having been a soccer captain at the varsity team at SUNY Fredonia; featured in the sports magazine Soccer Encyclopedia; President of Rockland County Soccer Officials Association from 2013-2017; and inducted into the Rockland County Sports Hall of Fame for Soccer, Frantz willingly offers his soccer experience for his community and charitable causes. He referees for community soccer games that contribute to charities, as well as for younger players, in effort to be a role model similar to what he had growing up. He also participated in the Nyack Center’s annual Men Cooking event to raise funds for childcare services. Frantz is dedicated to his community because “this is home.” Being part of Q Homes enables him to open his “home” to others seeking a serene and wholesome life.
