Hedva "Chedva" Dahan

Chedva Dahan was born an excellent agent, joining Rockland’s leading real estate professionals as soon as she finished high school. Chedva was raised in a large family of 11 siblings, many of whom have impressive careers as Commercial Real Estate Brokers, Mortgage Brokers, Investors and Developers. Chedva found her own niche with Q Home Sales helping young first time buyers and/or sellers, as well as help distressed sellers on negotiations with banks for their short sales. Raised in Monsey and currently residing in Pomona, it is only natural for Chedva to use her exceptional negotiation and communicative skills toward building neighborhoods.

Chedva’s excellent time management allows her to use every minute of her day, combining a busy life as a successful Realtor with singing, reading, swimming and running. Chedva uses her talents and skills for volunteer work in various non-profit organizations. Hyewon Bae

Hyewon was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. When she was searching for her first home in Seoul, the process was overwhelming; not knowing which location to choose, how to go about buying a home, or how to get a mortgage. This led her to pursue a career in real estate, where she worked as a full time agent in Seoul. Her goal was to help buyers and sellers when going through the buying/selling process feel confident and supported.

Hyewon values spending quality time with her family. She is excited to visit different museums and historic sites, especially when she has family visiting from Korea. Hyewon enjoys immersing herself in different cultures, discovering new places and trying diverse cuisines - though her favorite will always be Bibimbap. 

After moving to the USA, Hyewon expanded her career to Rockland County. She is a full time agent licensed in both NY and NJ, specializing in listing and selling homes. Lenny Rosenfield

Michelle is also a Marketing Professor at Touro College for more than 40 years and brings her experience as an active real estate broker to the classroom.  With an MBA in Management and an undergraduate degree in Accounting, her backgrounds allows her to share her business knowledge with her clients and students in real time. Understanding what drives mortgage rates, and concepts of supply and demand, gives her an expertise to guide and advise her clients. Michelle believes in using her ‘marketing know how’, matching clients with the home perfect for them. Miriam Perkowski

Miriam was raised in Rockland Couty. Her mother, Rachel Taub, has been her partner and mentor in real estate since 2000. They are known as the #1 Mother Daughter Team in Rockland County. Miriam is devoted to her clients and has a strong referral database of loyal past clients and friends. Miriam lives in Wesley Hills with her husband and five children. She is multilingual and speaks English, Hebrew, and Yiddish. Miriam is involved in local charities, specifically helping needy brides set up their homes.
